It's Time for the NEXT Generation of Leaders
On October 19, 2025, the Polish National Alliance was pleased to host the NEXT – Talks for the Future Generation Youth Workshops focused on leadership development. Each guest speaker led their own collaborative workshops and educational sessions across different areas of the PNA Home Office.
The outstanding and accomplished guest speakers represented a variety of fields:
🔹 Daniel Wozniczka – Internal Medicine Doctor, Lecturer at Northwestern University
🔹 Piotr Klich – Businessman, Owner of Arrow Trans Corp and Arrow Doors
🔹 Paul Juda – Olympic Bronze Medalist, Gymnast
🔹 Justyna Regan – Corporate Lawyer, Partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP
🔹 Karol Stefanowicz – Social Media Personality and Musician
The event was organized by the Polish American Youth Council, the Polish American Congress, Stowarzyszenie “Wspólnota Polska”, and the Zrzeszenie Nauczycieli Polskich w Ameryce (Polish Teachers’ Association in America), under the honorary patronage of the Senat Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (Senate of the Republic of Poland).
The day before, the PNA was proud to participate in the first part of NEXT Talks at DePaul University, presented in a conference format to over 600 Polish school students.
The PNA is proudly supports youth initiatives that help build the “NEXT” generation of leaders!
