Notice is hereby given that the elective office of Fraternal Advisor in Region “D” (Districts IX & XVII, Ohio & West Virginia) of the Polish National Alliance of the U.S. of N.A. has become vacant due to the passing of Mr. Joseph M. Magielski on September 3, 2021.
By this announcement, the vacancy is officially declared as of September 23, 2021.
Any qualified member of the PNA may submit an application within thirty (30) days after this announcement. Applications postmarked later than October 23, 2021, will NOT be considered.
The vacancy shall be filled by an individual qualified to hold office from the same Region wherein the vacancy occurred. The filling of the vacancy in the elective office of the Fraternal Advisor shall be through an election by a majority vote of the representatives of the last PNA National Convention in the respective region. The vacancy shall be filed no later than ninety (90) days from the date of publication on the PNA official website.
In order to qualify a candidate for the elective office of Fraternal Advisor must satisfy the following requirements:
- Submit a completed application to the National Secretary of the Alliance
- Be a PNA member in good standing for the last 5 years
- Serve as a Lodge Officer, Delegate, Council Officer, or Delegate to the PNA Convention
- Reside in the respective PNA Region
- Be a United States citizen
