Fulfilling our fraternal mission
Do you have legal questions but cannot afford an attorney?
We invite you to visit the Amicus Poloniae Legal Clinic, where you can have a one-on-one free legal consultation with one of our volunteer attorneys!
The legal clinic provides free legal aid to low-income individuals primarily in the Polish American Community, but our doors are open to all. Neither volunteers nor clients have to speak or be Polish.
Attorneys assist our clients with a variety of case types, including:
- family law,
- immigration law,
- social security,
- landlord/tenant disputes,
- and many more.
However, attorneys cannot assist with medical malpractice or criminal cases.
The legal clinic meets on the third Saturday of every month at the Polish National Alliance (6100 N Cicero Ave Chicago, IL 60646) at 10:00 AM. Please, stay connected for any schedule changes.
